Well, it was a bit of a rough start, but I'm doing much better now.  I was being too restrictive with my diet and was getting terrible head aches, so I added in little dairy, a little fruit, egg whites and an extra protein shake.  It worked...the headaches are gone, thank goodness.  Did my usual Sunday Cheat Day today and don't regret a bit of it!  Planning an official weigh-in on Tuesday morning, so we will see where I end up after a full week.
