I am not going to lie, some days that number is a hard one to reach. I never realized how much activity is involved in to getting to that number. I can almost bet there were days I got in maybe 1,000-2,000 before this all started. I was such a slug even though I thought I was doing good. This truely has opened my eyes.
Anyone else trying for this daily goal-how are you doing with it?
3 days in a row now I have surpassed the 10,000, even though last night it was almost 11:00 before I reached it. I was determined to not give in to any less. Brought my tennies today to get a walk in at lunch-that should help dramatically and not lay it on me in the evening to get all the steps in. I have a desk job where I am tied to a computer and phone, but lunch is mine :-)
