You had a "planned treat" meal, & that's okay (I call a "cheat" a "treat"). You made a conscious decision to do it, & you've owned up to it & accepted the gain too!!! That's the way to do it!!! We don't live in a perfect world, & our diets won't be perfect either. That 1.1 pound you gained will fall off in a couple of days. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush your body too!!! Keep up the good work!!! :-)
