Working The Plan

I like to do weekly cooking too! I find it much easier to stay on plan that way. We also have a one meal off during the week plan - instead of a whole day. Last night we ate out with friends and even though I stayed on plan I gained .8. I figure there was hidden (or not so hidden) sodium AND I'm still pretty sore from working out!
