Working out and eating right!

Budget out your water for the day. My plan - 16 oz upon waking, 8 oz each with breakfast and morning snack, 12 oz with lunch, 8 oz with afternoon snack, 12 oz with dinner plus I keep my water bottle with me always. I also drink extra with exercise. That gives me a minimum of 64 oz but generally I'm between 80 and 100 oz.
