It's been quite a week for me

You can do this!! You have the plan and motivation, and now just need to take time for yourself (even when there is other crazy stuff going on) and work your plan. Just 20-30 minutes is all you need to feel strong, centered and re-energized and ready for life's little bumps in the road. The road will always have bumps and that's ok. Taking time for fitness is GREAT stress relief and will help you feel more fulfilled and accomplished when you see the results you've been working for. I love that you have backup options ready to go (other DVDs, your bike, apps on your phone) for times when the workout you wanted doesn't happen. YouTube is a lifesaver. I'm going to make myself a list of quick YouTube workouts since some days you have just 10 minutes, but can actually do alot in that amount of time. Keep going--you are SO close to the finish line!!!!

OMG I love potato soup. I had a truffle burger today and 2 cookies and just got back from my Turbo Kick class. I'll be good tomorrow since I have a big dinner in the evening. Probably have to just walk at work tomorrow since I have plans immediately after. Hope you're feeling refreshed in the morning.
