Has anyone heard of this diet?  I think I'm going to order the book from Amazon tomorrow.  It think it's an interesting concept that might make sticking to healthy eating long term easier.  I tend to cut back way too much and then I'm not able to sustain that for any length of time.  When I ineviteably mess up, I feel like I've blown it and just start eating the easy, tasty, unhealthy foods again.  

 

In this plan, you eat clean for three days, then have a higher calorie day 1700 calories, so it's not a free for all eat whatever you want then back to clean eating for two days and then another higher calorie day.   This is supposed to keep your metabolism kicked up.  The book says you can lose two dress sizes in 21 days.  I'll let you know when I get it and how it works for me.
