Awesome! We have a program like that here but with the kids and work, I just can't commit to the schedule. Do they give you a plan for going back to 'normal' eating? If not ask for tips and/or come up with your own plan. Try to keep as many of those great habits you're building as possible.

I'll just go back to my original plan of eating once I'm done, which is more protein less carbs. I've been training with them for a while now because I train powerlifting with them. My current plan has me eating more carbs (150 grams daily) which is unusual for me because my cardio activity has been raised (I'm lifting an hour in the gym daily and cardio 4* a week for an hour as opposed to once weekly). I am racing Tough Mudder in July, so I have to keep the cardio up so I can kill it (as opposed to it kill me)! ;)
