I did the same after the first week and went totally mad. Why don't you allow yourself one cheat day where you can have a treat that you can look forward? It will be balanced by the other days and you'll still lose. The other thing is that instead of pepsi, try drinking water (maybe flavoured with a little no sugar juice) as it fills you up and, surprisingly, has really helped my weight loss. I hate the stuff but that 2 litres a day is doing the trick. Good luck :)
