Why is it that us "humans" can't remember how much better they feel when they are fitter and trimmer? I have gone through this a million times. For once in my life, I would love to be able to stop gaining and losing. Maybe I subconsciously need the motivation and goal.
I wishi I could figure out how to stay fit FOREVER!!!!
Enough ranting, time to say how proud I am that I can focus and get back to a managable weight. Working out, motivates me to work out more. I plan on making the next three days over 600 caloires lost through working out. Time to ramp up a little on the excerise.
For those reading this blog...YOU CAN DO IT! DOn't sabotage yourself. Kick yourself away from the computer and get the blood flowing through walking, running, aerobics, snow shoeing, dancing, whatever it takes. I promise, besides feeling energizied, you will increase your motivation to stay on course. Not to mention you will be closer to your goal!
Food for thought 3500 calories equals one pound of fat.
