HI Louise, I liked you blog... there's a lot of low cal salad dressing out there or whip one up yourself. I myself am not big on dressing, I do like putting a few sprays of olive oil on my salad or tossing it with a fruit like kiwi, banana, blueberries or strawberries, the juices from those are enough dressing for me... I'm excited about doing Ali's DB right now I'm finishing up Adrienne's Loving the New Me in 2015 DB and Chris & Heidi Powell's...I've with Adrienne's DB's since end of Aug and have lost 35 lbs on DB challenges and 40+ since July... I love dietbets because it works for me and keeps me focused and accountable.. I hope you enjoy it and wish you the best of luck...btw, I'm Sandy from Oregon
