Thank you! We eat a lot of salads, but they are usually NOT very low calorie!! That will be my challenge. Keeping them tasty enough for my husband and low calorie enough for me. We have agreed that I might split the salad before adding toppings, so that he can add his cheese and oil / vinegar dressing and I will just add spices.... I will continue to post. Also -- ref DB -- I will look forward to your posts! This is my first. If I am successful then I might add multiple next month! I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE!
