You can still eat popcorn. Popcorn is awesome! I eat mine plain, sometimes with a little salt if I'm craving. If you don't like missing workouts, don't miss any. Do something small some days and have heavier days other days. If you don't want to gain weight again keep moving forward. The more muscle you gain the more calories you burn or you can join another game! If you focus nothing obstructs you plans. The only thing stopping you, is you. Ditch the negativity, get yourself moving and if you don't meet your goals, start again tomorrow. Every day is new day. You can handle this.
