I would start every day with Zuzka's killer 5 minute workout. That way you can never fail because it is done, boosts your metabolism and inspires you to eat well all day. If you do more- great, but you already have done a great workout.Make a bag of Skinny Girl Popcorn (or something similar) your treat for eating well the rest of the day. But you only get it if you.... then pick a goal like eating five servings of veggies. I'm the same way (not perfectionist- more critical but same result) I have to get the crazy working for me!
