As I get closer to my tareget weight 4% a month is hard. I workd out a minimum of 90 minutes a day, eat clean and stay focused. I am using this wekend to jump start my metabolism again. Thursday was a 40 minute walk in the am and pm plus a 5k on treadmill at 31:04. Friday was a weight workout, pm 40 minute walk and 40 minutes of hill climg on the treadmill for 2000 elevatonal gain. Saturday pm 40 minute wlak plus 4.5 hours on trail running 5 mintes/hiking 5 mintes. I am feeling awesome. BUT I have 3.8 poounds to lose in 2 weeks. I have lost 2.5 pounds this month but losing 6.3 pounds in one month is way hard. That is burning 23,800 calories. If you divide that into 30 days, that is 780 calories a day. If I burn 500 caloreis in exceris every day (which I usually do) and then consume only 1200 caloreis a day (which I usually do) then I CAN DO IT!!!!!!I am hoping this weekend will dip the scale by two pounds. I will stay focused and not get on the scale until Tuesday. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!

Make sure you are getting enough food! You are working out really hard, and if you are not eating enough your body can react negatively. Plus you are building a lot of muscle! That is heavier than fat and takes up less space. So you may not see the scale move as much, but your clothes will get looser. You are right - YOU WILL DO THIS!

I can relate! It's definitely harder when you have less to lose. My target is 5# and the scale is not moving for me at all. I really want to win this round though so I am trying to figure out how to change things up. We can do this!
