Where do you live? I'm in Manhattan every weekday, so if I get food I don't want, I can easily give it to a homeless person (with a dollar). It helps me not feel bad about wasting the food.Also, remembering that your body is more important than that tiny bit of food helps me as well. I feel so fortunate at how well the 5:2 eating plan (really 4:3 for me right now) has helped me with my cravings. I don't have the eat-it-all-today-so-I-can-start-tomorrow mindset anymore since my cravings have greatly reduced.Keep trying different things and you'll hit on something that will cut into the cravings, I'm sure of it!
