I lost my last diet bet.  I worked really hard but having having to lose 6.5 pounds in a month when I work out hard and eat to sustain my ophysical activity is hard. So  I took a week off, gained back 5 pounds and am now ready to move forward again.

 

I am not down on myself.  At 59 years old, I can still run marathons, comptere in 24 hour trail events, work in my garden, snowshoe and have the bone mass of a 25 year old.

I hate losing and hope at some point I can just maintain my weight instead of playing the gain/lose game.

What makes it harder is that all my clothes fit way too loosely and I am too cheap to invest in new clothes.

I am a work in progress and will continue to be healthy, happy and resisilent when I gain weight.
