I feel your frustration. Many people have asked how I've lost weight and I just tell them calorie counting and exercise. They don't like that answer, so they look for the next quick easy fix. My friend who is at least 150 pounds overweight is on those It works wraps currently. I told her that those are a scam and she should be focusing on getting to the gym and watching what she eats. She said she finds calorie counting tedious and that she does go to the gym. From what I see she goes like once a month. It's just completely annoying to have people ask my advice then instantly disregard it, saying it doesn't work. Really? It worked for me to lose 65 pounds!
