oh Louise!! you are amazing and have such a way with words!! I was notorious for not eating breakfast in the past, just couldn't stand the thought of food. But I made the change, first it was just a piece of toast with my coffee and then I started eating yogurt with fruit. It really does work!! I still cant stand anything too heavy but I take my 400 calories and split them in two. I am basically eating two snacks of about 200 calories each. I stay full and I am getting my metabolism going first thing. now to add in morning exercise and I will be golden!! (hmmm another tip for another day)

This is a great tip! I forgot about snacks. You are right about them. One trick to sticking with the diet is to not allow yourself to get "famished" or so hungry everything looks good and you end up over eating.

yup!! I did that on Saturday while I was out with my daughter. we went to have lunch but the restaurant was busy at the time. we decided to go and do a little shopping and come back in a few minutes, hmmmm it was an hour and half later we got back to eating!! that set me up for a not so good evening!! must remember to eat on time!! lol
