oh Louise!! you are amazing and have such a way with words!! I was notorious for not eating breakfast in the past, just couldn't stand the thought of food. But I made the change, first it was just a piece of toast with my coffee and then I started eating yogurt with fruit. It really does work!! I still cant stand anything too heavy but I take my 400 calories and split them in two. I am basically eating two snacks of about 200 calories each. I stay full and I am getting my metabolism going first thing. now to add in morning exercise and I will be golden!! (hmmm another tip for another day)
