I need to follow your plan with the servings. My only problem is when I divide everything out into servings my kids grab it too. Well it is a good thing because they are eating healthy but bad because when I need something it isn't there. LOL oh well just the things I need to work on living with a family. My exercise is to walk every day, hour after work, hoping to start walking half hour minimum in the morning before work and to get myself moving a little more during my work day. I too spend waaaay to much time in front of a computer!! Maybe setting an alarm to remind me to move!! drinking water too!!
