You've made the first step .... now take 10 forward and if you get pushed back 4 you are still ahead by 6... you'll be fine... one step at a time! When I first started this it took me 19 minutes to walk a mile.. now I can walk a mile in 14 minutes... so if I can you can do this.. I am positive you can! Also take care of yourself... each time you lose you win.... teach yourself to plan FOOD.... the more healthy the meal the more you get to chew... so think of adding healthy things to each meal, but keep in mind you don't have to deprive yourself... look up the calories on a bag of fries... it won't KILL your diet at 230 calories, and it might be the push to keep you from cheating later...
