I have a bit of a sleep issue...not like yours though! I definitely wouldn't make a work out either with such few hours of sleep. My problem is that I'm super tired until I lay down....then I'm wide awake and take about an hour to fall asleep. :/ then sometimes I don't sleep very well. ...I don't know what's up with me lately....so I start getting ready for bed at 850 lol...to wake up by 450am
