How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This group is really quiet. I'm not particularly active in chats myself, but I think we could benefit from some mutual encouragement.

I feel like I'm finally getting consistent with my diet, and enjoying the improved eating habits and how I feel -- I've cut out a lot of carbs, really focusing on increased protein. I'm noticing a significant decrease in soreness/stiffness/inflammation.

I've "known" it for a long time, but finally starting to really internalize it: not possible to out-exercise a bad diet. Too bad, because the exercise part is a lot more fun than that disciplined eating part.

I still have half-pound to go for this round, but feeling pretty much on track. How about you?

I feel the same way. Accountability helps me and that's why I'm doing this challenge but encouragement is needed too. My diet is much better but I still have days where I go off track. Exercise is not a problem for me either. For me if I have more carbs or saltier foods my weight can go up a pound or more in just one day! That's frustrating because it never comes off that easily. Focusing on my water and protein intake and decreasing carbs gets me back on track. Let's keep after it! We will get there.

Agreed this is a very quiet group. I’m up for some more mutual encouragement. I am less than a pound from this round and unsure if I’ll reach it but trying my best to not have an all or nothing mentality and self sabotage. I’m still at my lowest weight in the last 15 months thanks to this last round. Progress is progress and I have four more weeks for round three.
