How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Come home late (after 9pm) tried my best to overcome the hunger but in the end I couldn't get to sleep. I caved to sugar free pistachio pudding and leftover roast that was supposed to feed my husband tonight. I'm doing no red meat rule... things will get better. My dinner was the chicken salad chick. I just think that was a poor choice too

Give yourself some grace. Your body needed nourishment and you fed it protein and the pudding was sugar free. Be patient as this is all part of the journey. You've got this!

I agree with everyone here. I have a pretty unhealthy relationship with food but I really want to step away from labeling food as good or bad. Your dinner looks good to me and you listened to your body. Be proud of that flexibility.
