Finally submitted my starting weigh-in…. Now we wait for the ✅…. 😂

Had a great day yesterday! Stuck to my nutrition plan. I even stayed away from dairy because I think it’s inflammatory for me. Not to say everyone reacts to dairy but I think I do. I have noticed I always wake up really sore all over and my joints hurt sooooo badly the following day after I’ve had coffee with cream. I’ve been testing out this theory the past few weeks.

No dairy yesterday and I woke up without pain. Huh. Interesting.

Well… so far so good. I can walk up the stairs easily now. My entire body (muscles, joints) was aching before I started my “no-dairy” experiment. As for alternatives, I’m not too worried about it. I don’t feel like I’m “missing out”. I don’t consume any soy-based products because it’s an estrogen-disruptor. It messes with testosterone too. ;)
