What is everyone doing to achieve their goals? I’m going to be working out on the Bodi platform I’m currently doing Sure Thing. I just started doing portion fix with gut protocol again which is basically eliminating some stuff for four weeks. After 4 weeks I’ll add them back slowly to see what’s messing my stomach up. Also a major goal of mine it to not buy Dutch Bros coffee for a month.
