How is everyone doing one month in? I'm playing a few different games at the moment to keep on track and keep the momentum going so I'm just a pound away from my overall goal already! Heading out on a work trip this week so I know I'll probably have a little set back but still looking to crush it all!

What is everyone doing to achieve their goals? I’m going to be working out on the Bodi platform I’m currently doing Sure Thing. I just started doing portion fix with gut protocol again which is basically eliminating some stuff for four weeks. After 4 weeks I’ll add them back slowly to see what’s messing my stomach up. Also a major goal of mine it to not buy Dutch Bros coffee for a month.

I’m jogging, doing Bodi workouts, and following 2B principles. I start teaching again this week so I plan to get up before work to exercise.
