How many meals a day does everyone eat? Are you doing macros or just focusing on protein at each meal?

  • There is no one size fits all way to eat. Our bodies, needs, and metabolism are different, and we also have to cater to our own health needs and ethical, religious, and philosophical beliefs.

    Low carb, high protein, no sugar, vegan, vegetarian, Mediterranean, paleo, heart-healthy, diabetic, basic healthy eating. There are so many choices. You have to find the one that's best for you.

    The most important thing is, when you are trying to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat. Not necessarily by exercise, but by consuming fewer calories. Weight loss is determined more by what we eat than by how much we move.

I eat 3 meals one day, 2 meals the next. Protein.. chicken, fish, beef once a week..and veggies and 1/2 in my coffee. No white stuff… bread, rice, real sugar.
