Hey everybody!! Let’s get it in these 4 weeks! I had lost about 85 lbs over the past two years, but in the last 6 months, I’ve gained about 15 back, and I refuse to keep on this way!!
Doing this DietBet to help keep me motivated and accountable.
Anyone tracking their food daily? I would love some accountability partners with that!

Me too! It’s been stressful the last few weeks with aging parent stuff. I was so busy and stopped tracking. Wow, the scale reflects that quickly. :sweat_smile: I’m back on track with you!
