I was struggling with grazing throughout the day due to a lot of stress and anxiety, and it felt like my brain was out of control and constantly telling me, “I want food!”
Now that I’ve started meal prepping, planning, and tracking my food again, my brain is so much calmer. Even as I struggled with anxiety this week, there was much less of that demand to eat all the time.
