I usually make absolute sure I'm in my calorie deficit. I make sure to eat and not starve. I eat carbs every day, even potatoes and bread, but starchy carbs hold water molecules, so I usually cut those out the last week if I'm struggling. Also, I make sure to keep sodium within range. You can do this, good luck!

Like the above said SarahR- intermittent fasting, break your fast with protein and healthy fats and fiber, avoid salt, and try to exercise more than you normally do, including walking more and walking faster!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Aug 3 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
