I usually make absolute sure I'm in my calorie deficit. I make sure to eat and not starve. I eat carbs every day, even potatoes and bread, but starchy carbs hold water molecules, so I usually cut those out the last week if I'm struggling. Also, I make sure to keep sodium within range. You can do this, good luck!

Like the above said SarahR- intermittent fasting, break your fast with protein and healthy fats and fiber, avoid salt, and try to exercise more than you normally do, including walking more and walking faster!
