For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I can already tell a difference in my body and wellness since refocusing on food choices at the beginning of this challenge. I’ve lost some pounds, but mostly my body feels better and my mental state is much calmer.

I was struggling with grazing throughout the day due to a lot of stress and anxiety, and it felt like my brain was out of control and constantly telling me, “I want food!”

Now that I’ve started meal prepping, planning, and tracking my food again, my brain is so much calmer. Even as I struggled with anxiety this week, there was much less of that demand to eat all the time.

I hope all of you are feeling good about your progress as well! And it’s not too late!! Use today to plan and prep and help yourself feel successful this week!!

Liz, right - shutting off the “I want to eat” brain is difficult - even when you know you’re not hungry - the struggle is real - glad you are finding success - me too - small changes are making a big difference - keep up the consistency.
