While I didn't win this DietBet, I am crushing other ones simultaneously. I was trying to use this DietBet to put me over the top, but instead it put me in an unhealthy place which made me realize that there is a thing as losing too much weight. I have lost 20% of my weight since June. Trying to do more usually entails a little more unhealthy habits. I'm going to stick with the good habits that I have developed these last six months and appreciate the trimmer and fitter person. I am right now!

Well done on recognising the bad habits and being able to pull out of the nosedive!!! I finished treatment for binge eating disorder and bulemia 7 months ago so I'm on high alert for triggers too! I've taken to focusing on how my running is progressing because when I start cutting corners and underfueling my legs let me know in going slower!!!
