Picked up running again after almost 2 years and signed up for a 10k in October. Hoping to reach my weight AND time goal with running 3-4 times a week.

@sarah I have a Garmin Watch and there are some challenges :heart_eyes: like running 5 k this weekend oder running 50 miles all together in September etc.

I also signed up for a step-challenge. 300 000 until the end of September
