  • Identified a new self sabotaging trait last night ???? I often make homemade bread for my kiddos. And if I wait to bake til evening, I almost always struggle to keep my own hands off it while it's cooling down. Need to intentionally bake earlier in the day when we are going to be out and about during the time it's left out to cool.

    Woke and did LAVA and a 5er stretch and I'm ready to conquer + more forward in victory today!
