  • I ALMOST had two rice cakes on the golf course the other day and then said "Ally, don't test yourself" because I know those rice cakes... although only 70 cals....will spiral me! There's things that are healthy but just don't work for us! For me lately I've found it's these seed crackers, rice cakes, chips, etc. just spiral me. So I KNOW MYSELF AND DO NOT TEST MYSELF! ❤👏
