How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I didn't sleep well last night and this usually has a spiral effect on me. I am working on being present with myself so I can stay on track. I get these nights often since I have toddlers that wake up a lot...
Today I feel like a zombie and when I get like this I usually make bad choices...so I'm coming in here to be transparent and so keep myself accountable. I'm really proud of my progress so far. Almost there.

Good job on keeping yourself accountable. When I have those days I've noticed my poor choices tend to be in moments of boredom so I try to keep busy. I also had a bad night last night, so woke up knowing if I allowed it today had the potential to be a bad day. As it was, I kept my mind that occupied that I actually kept forgetting to eat....something that NEVER happens to me these days!

Great job
