Does anyone else weigh daily? I do cause it gives me a sense of my body and how it responds to certain things and what to do and what to avoid. When I stick to my meal plan and walk for an hour a day, the weight melts off so fast. When I’m like, “oh I can have this oily junky food just this once and avoid the treadmill it’ll be fine for one day” and see the next morning I’ve gained a couple pounds.

I got 1.2 more pounds to go and I’m gonna stick to the meal plan and get out the walk pad everyday and I should be well over my goal weight. Let’s go!
