Idk why, but I had zero appetite this morning. So I drank my water, and forced myself to make some breakfast by 11am. Made my usual breakfast to keep some consistency, but then lunch I couldn’t really eat because I was still full from breakfast. Now out of nowhere I’m SO hungry. I’m worried I’m going to ruin this DietBet for myself!
