How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Let’s chat a little bit about meal timing!

Is it true that you shouldn’t eat carbs at night?!

The answer is… it depends!

Science says that it really doesn’t matter when you eat your food and as long as you’re in a calorie deficit and hitting your protein you’ll be fine.

But here are a few things to consider:
➡Sometimes healthy carbs at night can improve sleep and give you energy for an early am workout
➡But also sometimes big meals at night (especially if they include sugar) can disrupt sleep and the recovery that comes along with that because your body is focusing on digestion
➡Some people can stay on track better all day if they have a nightly treat to look forward to
➡Other times people have a hard time stopping snacking at night when they do eat after dinner

So as you can see it really depends on the person. Do you feel like you do better or worse when you eat at night?
