How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Let's get MOVING!!!

I want you guys to focus this week on getting 8-10,000 steps in every single day!

A HUGE part of our daily calorie burn is our lifestyle activity! Movement can make a HUGE impact on our weight loss so who's in for this challenge?!

I struggle to get 7000 steps a day. I have an office job and don't get up from my desk but a few times a day. I have incorporated a short walk after lunch around the parking lot and walk at home before it gets dark but it usually isn't a long walk because I ha e so much to do once I get home from work and to get to bed at a good time. Any suggestions??

I have a couple ideas! Can you get up 20 minutes early and go on a 20 minute walk in your neighborhood? That would give you about 2000 steps. You can also do another one at night after dinner. If you can get up from your desk, a little bit more and even just walk around for two or three minutes… Like taking a long way to the bathroom all of those steps will add up throughout the day if you’re doing it often.
