For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Really struggling. Some days I wake up sooo motivated, others I just don't care and eat anything and everything. I've practically regained all weight I lost in the last challenge. I am going to do a 2 day juice fast to clear the sugar from my system and reduce appetite and get going strong now this week. I'm a late starter in the group!! Wish me luck.

Careful with juice! It’s actually mostly sugar. Recommend high protein for fullness and muscle recovery!
