Hi everyone! I hope you are doing OK this week and finding your DietBet is off to a good start.

My name is Ashley, and I will be your host for this game! I don't participate as a player in my hosted games as I never want you to feel like there is a competition element with me, but outside of this game, I'm in the challenge with you! Hello, this game helps me keep my sugar levels to their lowest. Also, carbs. Holidays can be celebrated in many different ways. Hiking is my favorite.

But to be serious, I get it! It often feels like everyone else isn't having the same internal conversation and are just happy doing their thing. I try to think they are still occupying the same headspace with a few exceptions.

It’s crazy- water is my biggest struggle!! I have the workout/fitness part down. Nutrition is shaky… and water is HORRIBLE. Would love accountability!!
