Thank you! I incorporated more strength training into my exercise routine. I’ve been going to planet fitness and mostly using the stair stepper and treadmill on an incline. I was doing a few machines for arms. But this week I added in legs and abs and increased my reps. That seems to have given me a nice push forward! I also practice intermittent fasting during the week days only. Since June I have lost 22 pounds! But things slowed down the last few months and I just kept losing and gaining the same pounds. Hopefully this change in my routine will continue to help me lose more!

Oh thats so interesting, its cool that youre evolving your daily habits to facilitate further weight loss! Ive heard so much about intermittent fasting, Ill have to look into it. Thanks for outlining some of what youve observed works for you!

Hey all, Im excited to be part of this group. Ive let myself go so badly lately - caring for an elderly mom and trying to navigate two jobs and a relationship thats going longish distance... Ive collapsed into complete disassociation and have coped through food. Im keen to get back on track. Good luck to all of us! We can do it!

Finally!!! I had been stuck for almost 2 weeks at the same weight even with a low calorie diet and lots of exercise. I was as getting pretty frustrated. Today I woke up and was a little over 1lb down!
