For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Unplanned calorie deficit today. I’m on a trip and didn’t have time between flights for dinner, so dinner was a protein bar and turkey jerky from my carry on. Since it’s past midnight and I’m just now checking into my hotel, I’ll save my calories for breakfast in the morning.
    I packed several healthy snack options. Trying to stick to my calories even while traveling!
