For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Let's gooooooo--It’s Workout Wednesday!

    Exercise is such an important aspect of getting and staying healthy. The more we move, the better we feel, function and sleep. Good sleep, in turn, is associated with better decisions and more energy. One good thing leads to another good thing leads to another… 😊

    To fast-track your weight-loss results, couple a healthy diet with regular physical activity. All movement adds up, so let’s get moving!

I love to use my cycle. You will find me on it most days in the morning and evening. If I work from home that day (2 days a week) I will get on it even for just an afternoon boost. I also do strength training and functional exercise to keep my body moving.
In the summer I love anything water or hiking/outdoors. This last summer we went snorkeling in the Bahamas and that was amazing. In the past I have enjoyed jogging, roller skating, step class, kickboxing, Beachbody, and MMA/Jujitsu.
