I love to use my cycle. You will find me on it most days in the morning and evening. If I work from home that day (2 days a week) I will get on it even for just an afternoon boost. I also do strength training and functional exercise to keep my body moving.
In the summer I love anything water or hiking/outdoors. This last summer we went snorkeling in the Bahamas and that was amazing. In the past I have enjoyed jogging, roller skating, step class, kickboxing, Beachbody, and MMA/Jujitsu.

Ok, I must admit - I, too, am a little hesitant to try them. Maybe we should make that a goal for this month!

They’re pretty good, slight artichoke taste but other than that just take on the flavor of whatever sauce you add. They do have a slight crunch if you leave them el dente but are softer the longer you cook them

This was my first diet bet. I didn’t win this time but I did lose 7lb which is definitely more than I would have done if I’d not been doing it. I’ve joined Fight to the Finish and hopefully I can use my learning to improve my chances of winning! Thanks for the inspiration everyone!

Pleasantly surprised that I just made my goal! I knew I was close but then i got sick and wasn’t as strict on my eating plan because of that (and less working out cause asthma with a cough stinks!) but I made it!

Definitely lost this round, but at least I didn't gain more than where I was. So far, for 2024, I'm down 85# and have to keep reminding myself that it's okay to lose the bet. You are still doing good. This mental game is tough sometimes!

I mix plain greek yogurt with a little almond milk and some chia seeds. Let them soak for a bit, then top with ground flax and hemp hearts, a drizzle of honey, some fruit (frozen gives a fun texture!) and granola. Sooo tasty and filling
