Oh, that was tough. I was so close to the goal on the final day of the challenge. The next morning (which was yesterday), I got my "monthly visitor". I thought, for sure, that there was no way I could make the weight now. I always have extra water weight when the "visitor" came. I decided to rest and sleep extra, and that helped. I always try to sleep more, which others say helps with weight loss, but I struggle to sleep more than 6 hours. Last night, I slept a long time, and it worked, I finally was able to get to the goal. I really don't know what I would do without DietBet. I struggle with my weight loss, and this app helps me a lot. I am praying for all of you to have a happy and healthy Christmas and holiday season!

Keeping me good on Thanksgiving. I love it! Holidays always derail me, not this time!

I completed my 3 challenges. Water -I drink 64 oz of water everyday for 5 days. Fitness- I walk 60 minutes a day for 5 days. Nutrition- I ate at least five servings one a day of vegetables and fruit for the nutrition.

I was thinking the same as Bonni—I have to prioritize sleep more!
I started strong and am ending strong (so far, anyway) but I need to not go off the rails in the middle!!

So it's all about small wins. Since January, I'm down 62lbs down and today I'm now just 'obese' as opposed to 'morbidly obese' lol. Gotta take what I can haha

Hi! I’m excited to be joining this challenge after a few years away from Dietbet. These challenges helped me lose weight about five years ago, and I’m hoping they’ll be the key to getting myself back on track now. The last few years have been tough emotionally for a variety of reasons—I’ve gained about 25 lbs pretty rapidly, and I need accountability big time to stop my stress eating. So, here I am! Two big goals for me (aside from the weight loss, obviously) are to drink a lot less alcohol and to stop mindlessly eating at night. Good luck to everyone!
