2 years ago I embarked on my weight loss journey and lost 20lbs. I stopped working out for quite sometime after starting a new job and sadly getting out of my routine. I'm excited to get back to it!

My nutrition goal is to eat more protein and fiber and less sugar. My exercise plan is to alternate weight lifting with beginner long distance cardio. Maybe I'll get brave one day and do those calisthenics and martial exercises.....but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I'm excited to roll into the holiday season and 2025 feeling good. Best of luck to EVEYONE!!

Unfortunately right now I don't have a good amount of "receipts". A good chunk of my family is vegan which is SUPER high in fiber. So I'm stealing their super salads, smoothies, bowls, soups, etc and adding chicken, beef, or salam to it. I've never heard of Blue Zone, I'll have to look it up! Thanks!
