  • 4 mile run tonight while my kid was at his gymnastics class. Added a bit of extra distance than what I'd intended by going on a bit of an adventure in the country....regretted that since it turned out to be a stone path (which hurt my damaged tendon in my foot), then it turned out the path didn't even connect back up (the bridge is where I needed to be and there was no way up) so I had to go back on myself. Buuut, I wanted more distance and I got it, so there's that 😆 Just meant it was slower than I intended.

    My son has pasta and meatballs for tea on a Wednesday, so rather than cooking something else, I had a few of the leftover meatballs with some zoodles.... so easy yet so tasty!
